SiteStamp – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the SiteStamp – Timestamp Camera app ("SiteStamp", "the app"), provided by Into Hash ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for lawful purposes, subject to these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.

2. Your content

Photos, projects, exports and other content you create stay yours. The app stores them on your device. You are responsible for the content you capture, stamp and share, and for having any permissions needed to photograph people, property or sites.

3. Timestamps, location and maps

SiteStamp records the date, time, location, heading and other readings that your device and its services provide. These depend on device settings, sensors, network time and third-party map services, and may be unavailable or inaccurate. Stamps are provided for convenience and documentation; we do not guarantee that they will be accepted as evidence or meet any regulatory, legal or contractual standard.

4. SiteStamp Pro subscriptions

• SiteStamp Pro is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or yearly) at the price shown in the app before you buy. Prices may vary by country and are set through the store.
• Payment is charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the period ends. Renewals are charged at the then-current price.
• If an offer includes a free trial, you will be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. Any unused part of a trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription, where applicable.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in Google Play (Subscriptions) or in your Apple ID account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel it.
• If you reinstall the app or change devices, use Restore in the app to recover an active subscription linked to the same store account.
• Refunds are handled by Google Play or Apple under their policies.

5. Advertising and analytics

The free version may show ads. Ads, consent and analytics are described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Availability and changes

We may update, change or discontinue features of the app. We may update these Terms; the effective date above will change, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data, photos or business, arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end your licence if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
